Based in California, Lacy has been passionate about horses his entire life.
Lacy Hawkin’s Father had an incredible and in-depth knowledge of horses. Others often hired him to inspect their horses and cattle, and would visit auctions in his spare time. Due to his vast experience, he could tell the age, health, and overall condition of the horse in the few minutes it would take for his visual inspection. He was a great horseman, and Lacy credits him with teaching him everything he knows.
Growing up during the Great Depression and World War II was a unique and interesting experience for Lacy Hawkins. He believes that it helped shape his character and develop his work ethic.
